Team Journalists will be required to take notes during the game and draft a summary of the game's highlights for both home and away games.  The summaries will posted on the website by Wednesday of the following week. For teams having an "A" & "B" team, would need a Team Journalist for each one.

Additional Information
At the time of registration, parents review their responsiblities.  Parent responsiblities are to fulfill their concession and fundraising obligations.

Concession
Parents are responsible for working in the concession stand ONE, 4 hour shift  per child with a maximum of 2 sign-ups per household.   Concessions are broken down into different areas; admission gate, spirit wear, and two food areas, the trailer or snack stand. BAAA offers various days/times to fulfill your obligation.  The concession stand is open during practices, games, and some special events in the spring. If you do not wish to work your turn in the concession stand you may “opt out” of this responsibility by donating $50.00 (per registered participant) to BAAA.  However, in order to hold parents resposible for their concession duty BAAA is collecting a $50.00 check payable to BAAA at registration.  This check will be held until your responsiblities have been fulfilled. If you do not fulfill this responsibility, the check will be cashed by BAAA. Once you have, the check will be returned to you

Fundraisers
Raffle Tickets: BAAA requires one fundraising activity per year. You are required to purchase raffle tickets at registration. Then, if you want, you can sell the tickets to reimburse yourself for the $50.00 paid at registration. Whether you sell the tickets or descide to keep them yourself, it is your responsibility to turn-in the stub portion of the raffle ticket to the concession stand or your Team Parent.  The raffle tickets are drawn at the Awards Ceremony at the end of the season.

Money Bonanza: BAAA holds a money bonanza each year as an additional fundraiser. Tickets can be purchased from any board member.  Each ticket admits two people, over the age of 21. For the price of the ticket, each couple receives dinner, drinks, DJ/dance, and a chance to win $1000.00. BAAA also has different types of raffles, tip jars, and games. This event is normally held locally, on a Saturday night. See "Events" for more information.
