FOOTBALL NEWS
All interested parties in the Head Coaching position for Flag, Mini-Pony, Pony, JV, or Varsity level should send a letter to Rodney Menas by January 31, 2009. The letter should include your coaching experience, and playing experience, your general philosophy in facilitating a practice and motivating kids, and finally your full commitment to all BAAA activities, to include camps, practices, games and support activities. Please send those letters to: Rod Menas, 19906 Alva Court, Keedysville, MD 21756.
If you had already submitted a letter please make sure to send an additional letter to cover the items above. We will review the information in early February and set up interviews soon after.
ATTENTION: We will be having a BAAA Parents Football meeting in February. We will be looking for your inputs, ideas and feedback on the program and taking suggestions for the coming season. We cannot commit to all ideas and changes, but want to hear your feedback as we begin the planning process for the upcoming football season. We are only about SIX months away from the first "hill drill"......
